We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Recruitment & Onboarding) to join our Mumbai team. This role is ideal for professionals with 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically in Recruitment and Onboarding modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to deliver seamless digital HR transformations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Recruitment & Onboarding, you will:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support end-to-end HR processes including job requisition, candidate management, onboarding, and integration with core HR modules.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with client HR policies and global best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth deployment and integration.
Must-Have Skills:-
- 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
- Experience with end-to-end implementations in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Education:-
- Any Graduate (IT/HR/Business background preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruitment & Onboarding is a plus.
