IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated professional to join as a IT Recruiter in Mumbai & Pune. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Schedule and manage interview processes
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• 1–6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT recruitment)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of IT roles and technologies
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter
